All leaders must have coaching skills as an essential element in their leadership toolbox. Leaders who consistently utilize coaching skills have more effective teams, higher morale, and better bottom-line results. Organizations with a coaching culture have high levels of retention of key people, better customer service, and higher productivity.

Our Coaching for Excellence program explores the essential leadership tool called 'coaching', which taps into the actual strengths of people and allow them to use their innate abilities, capabilities and resourcefulness to come up with tangible means and ways of concurring their day-to-day challenges. Owning choices is an inevitable result; accordingly a higher level of commitment to achievement and excellence is granted.

The program provides you hands on experience through practical coaching practices, tools, forms and strategies. You will be able to formulate your own sense around the introduced tools and blend it with your own leadership style, align it with your organizational cultural challenges and execute it in your own pace. Moreover, through a comprehensive personality profiling tool, you'll explore your own leadership type to take a closer look at what makes your style unique, highlighting not only your strengths but as well the strengths of what you perceive as your weaknesses.

The Coaching for Excellence journey starts with a 360 assessment to identify personal behaviors, beliefs and attitudes underlying and supporting your leadership style followed by 1-1 coaching session with each participant for briefing and to explore challenges and set objectives with the program's coach. Then, it continues through a series of workshops (2+1+1), 4 weeks apart to allow time for on the job implementation reverting back with real challenges to concur.
