Mohamed co-founded Ktalk Coaching and Consulting in 2011 and has been working as an Executive and Team coach since then. Mohamed had the privilege to work with clients from the leading corporations in the Middle East. His last project was with DIB, coaching more than 150 professionals.

Prior to dedicating his career to the coaching practice, Mohamed worked for more than 20 years in the Marine & Shipping arena, concluding his journey as a Captain on board. During this journey he interacted with the diversity that this industry brings. He worked with large international corporations in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Mohamed holds a Masters degree in Marine Science, a Bachelor degree in Marine Transportation from ASTA, Egypt, a diploma in Management from Lloyds Maritime Academy, UK and he is a Co–Active coach

Mohamed grew up in Latakia by the sea, Syria. He lived all over the world, deriving his wealth of values from the diversity of the cultures he belonged to and still is.

He moved to the UAE in the year 2004. He is fluent in English, Arabic. He loves sports, nature, poetry and adventure.
