Our journey begins by gently peeling back the “Mask”—the outward persona we present to the world. This allows us to turn inward, connecting with the “Inner Light,” the sacred essence and divine gift that resides within each of us. This inner wisdom serves as our compass for authentic self-awareness.

Through guided reflection, self-inquiry, and meditative practices, we awaken “Al-Basira”—deep intuitive seeing. This process helps us recognize our true selves, beyond the roles, expectations, and conditioning that often define us.

Peace with in the Self

At K-Talk, he is an organizational strategist, executive coach, and the creator of the Organic Transformation (OTC) model, a practical arc known as the OTC cycle that turns values into operating habits, cleaner decisions, and sustained results.

Recent results include decision rules that shortened approval cycles and reduced recurring meeting time; manager pathways that raised confidence and cut avoidable escalations; and lightweight performance rhythms that improved on-time goal delivery. Marwa Karoura

As an HR and culture strategist, executive coach, and co-founder of KTalk, Marwa Karoura supports leaders and organizations to grow sustainably where performance is grounded in clarity, care, and sound operating rhythms. Her work spans the full people lifecycle: organization design, role architecture, capability building, leadership pipelines, performance and feedback systems, employee experience and engagement, and change governance.

Marwa’s approach is pragmatic and people-first. She starts by clarifying strategy and operating principles, then designs lean, human-centered processes that leaders can actually use. She holds an MBA in Emotional Intelligence & Leadership Development, and is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) with advanced training in Co-Active coaching, NLP, and emotional-intelligence assessment.
