Al Sakinah

In a world that rewards speed over wisdom, Al-Sakinah offers a rare invitation: to pause, settle the body, and make peace within. Designed for organizations, leaders, and individuals, this retreat restores calm clarity and humane rhythms—so you can work and live from steadiness, not strain.

This is not a retreat for escape; it is a return to wholeness. In a safe, artfully held space, you will befriend old wounds, reparent the Inner Child, and integrate the Shadow. Through silence, breath, gentle movement, and reflective dialogue, compassion deepens, trust returns, and peace becomes daily practice.

Retreat Two

AL Sakinah (Serenity)

Peace with the Self

Step into a space of healing, where you can lovingly encounter your Inner Child, embrace your past wounds, and acknowledge your hidden aspects. With compassion and grace, we guide you to gently accept your pain, vulnerabilities, and the parts of yourself you’ve kept concealed.

Through practices of silence, mindful breathing, gentle movement, and deep reflection, we facilitate emotional restoration, fostering a profound sense of inner calm and balance.

AL Sakinah Approach to Inner Peace

At AL Sakinah, our philosophy is rooted in the belief that genuine serenity isn’t found in the absence of pain. Instead, it emerges from the courageous act of embracing every aspect of ourselves the wounded, the forgotten, and the rejected within a space of presence and compassion.

AL Sakinah Vision

Our vision at AL Sakinah is to restore inner harmony by creating a sacred space for the tender, often hidden aspects of the self: the Wound, the Inner Child, and the Shadow. We gently guide these parts back into a state of acceptance, presence, and peace.

AL Sakinah understands that true wholeness doesn’t mean the absence of pain, but rather the cultivation of deep compassion. Through stillness, embodiment, and grace, genuine healing and integration can begin to emerge.

Marwa Karoura

Co-Founder & Managing Director, KTalk | Executive Coach & HR/Culture Strategist | Org Design, Leadership Pipelines & People Ops | MENA & Europe

As an HR and culture strategist, executive coach, and co-founder of KTalk, Marwa Karoura supports leaders and organizations to grow sustainably where performance is grounded in clarity, care, and sound operating rhythms. Her work spans the full people lifecycle: organization design, role architecture, capability building, leadership pipelines, performance and feedback systems, employee experience and engagement, and change governance.

Marwa’s approach is pragmatic and people-first. She starts by clarifying strategy and operating principles, then designs lean, human-centered processes that leaders can actually use. In practice, this looks like: role and team redesigns that reduce friction; leadership frameworks connected to real behaviors; performance and feedback rituals that improve accountability; meeting hygiene and decision rules that speed execution; and learning experiences that stick because they’re embedded into work.

An ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), Marwa partners one-to-one with founders and senior leaders on presence, communication, decision hygiene, boundaries, conflict navigation, and leading through uncertainty. With teams, she facilitates trust-building, feedback, and alignment sessions that result in clearer agreements, simpler cadences, and measurable behavior change.
