You’ll develop the core competencies of a transformational coach: presence, conscious listening, values aligned questioning, and ethical practice. With practice rich labs and observed feedback, you’ll learn to translate insight into habits, relationships, and routines that create visible results.

How You’ll Learn

Synchronous Instruction
Live, interactive classes that turn core OTC concepts (presence, attention, inquiry, contracting, ethics) into usable protocols with demos, micro-lectures, and Q&A.
mentor coaching
Targeted group and 1:1 mentoring with strengths-based feed-forward. You’ll set a simple development plan and get precise guidance to accelerate your growth.
Partner Practise Lab sessions
Weekly labs in pairs/triads with rotating roles (coach/client/observer). Time-boxed drills, realistic scenarios, and quick debriefs convert insight into reliable skill.
observed coaching and feedback
Short, live observed sessions using clear rubrics. Receive calibrated feedback on presence, questions, structure, and outcomes with actionable next steps.

Client-ready templates and tools: intake & contracting, session design, values & alignment worksheets, action trackers, and reflective journals.

- Start client work professionally: Engage at a foundational level with confident contracting, documentation, and reflective practice tracking simple adoption metrics (usage, proficiency, behaviour frequency).

Program Vision
To cultivate a new generation of transformational coaches anchored in the OTC model, where inner evolution meets outer impact. Coaches who lead with presence, authenticity, and purpose, enabling people and systems to grow organically, align with their values, and create meaningful, sustainable change. This vision goes beyond performance to awaken awareness, resilience, and conscious action in every conversation moving from roots to fruits across individuals and systems.
Program Goal
To develop competent, ethical, and self-aware Associate Organic Transformation Coaches who can confidently facilitate transformational coaching using the OTC approach. Through experiential learning, observed practice, and reflective discipline, participants build core competencies and embodied presence, applying roots → fruits (inner evolution to outer impact) mindset to support real, lasting change in individuals, teams, and organisations.
Program prerequiste
This certification is designed for newcomers to coaching. To participate fully, applicants should meet these simple prerequisites:
- Language: Functional proficiency in the programme language (spoken and written).
- Time commitment: Ability to attend live sessions and complete practice between classes.
- Technology: Reliable internet, webcam, microphone, and a quiet space for live practice.
- Readiness to learn: Willingness to be coached, give/receive feedback, and reflect between sessions.
- Ethics & confidentiality: Agreement to the programme’s code of conduct, confidentiality, and consent guidelines.
- Practice clients: Ability to source a small number of volunteer clients for early practice (we’ll guide you).
- Age & education: 18+ with basic secondary/tertiary education (or equivalent).
Recommended (helpful but not required): prior exposure to people development (e.g., mentoring, facilitation) and comfort with basic note-taking and scheduling tools.
Synchronous training hours:
- 40 hours of instructor-led training
- 10 hours of mentoring
Asynchronous training hours:
- 15 hours of documented coaching practice
- 10 hours of self study
