Individuate at Depth: Surface persona/ego/shadow, restore coherence, and align identity with action.

Synchronous Instruction

Targeted 1:1 and group mentoring with strengths-based, marker-aligned feedforward. You’ll set a development plan, drill micro-skills (presence, contracting, inquiry, challenge), and refine ethical judgment.

Partner Practise Lab sessions

Weekly labs in pairs/triads with rotating roles (coach/client/observer). Time-boxed drills, complexity scenarios, and debriefs convert insight into reliable, on-demand skill.

High-fidelity live sessions with rubric-based observation. You’ll receive calibrated feedback on language, timing, structure, and impact—plus improvement loops you can track.

Program prerequiste

Designed for experienced coaches ready to embody mastery, refine their signature style, and elevate impact. Applicants typically demonstrate:

POTC Level 2 Certified or equivalent
Minimum 500 coaching hours with 25+ clients.
Readiness for advanced development: strong command of ICF Core Competencies, commitment to ethical practice, and willingness to be recorded, observed, and mentored at a mastery level.

Outcome: Coach as an organic architect combining embodied presence with creative practice and ICF-aligned rigor to deliver outcomes that crystallize, sustain, and scale.

COTC Level 3 Modules

COTC Level 3 operates at the mastery threshold where coaching becomes architecture. Rooted in the OTC model, the program refines embodied presence, systems intelligence, and ethical rigor into repeatable practices, protocols, and evaluative standards that create durable change in complex, adaptive environments.

Module 1

OTC Co-Creation

Organic presence Cultivate somatic grounding, attentional calibration, and co-regulation. Read the “field” (body cues, micro-signals, pace), set psychological safety, and choose interventions with precision.
Organic Individuation (co-creation) Map persona/ego/shadow patterns with the client, differentiate protection from service, renegotiate roles and boundaries, and design integration plans that honor identity and context.
Organic Flow & emotional regulation (stillness) Build a regulation toolkit (down/up-regulation, breathwork, affect labeling, attentional shifting). Establish a reliable still point under pressure so response replaces reactivity.
Organic alignment (Values, purpose, strategy) Translate values and purpose into decision rules, priorities, and trade-off frameworks. Connect meaning to mechanisms (roles, OKRs/KPIs, governance) without losing integrity.
Organic prototyping (from insight to irreversible action) Convert insight into safe-to-fail experiments, habit architecture, feedback loops, and social contracts that tip behavior beyond the point of reversal.

Module 2

OTC Re-Creation

Organic Executive & leadership coaching (culture, strategy, influence) — Align leader behavior with culture and strategy; map stakeholders and power dynamics; shape narrative, cadence, and influence ethically.
Organic Organizational change & OD (scaling OTC) — Design change architectures (rituals, learning loops, sprint/retrospective rhythms) that scale OTC across teams. Measure adoption, coherence, and business impact.
Organic Conflict transformation and negotiation — Move from positions to interests; map polarities; employ principled negotiation and trust-repair protocols to convert friction into durable agreements.
Organic Coach mentoring (re-creation) — Re-craft your method via supervision, reflective practice, and targeted feedback; refine signature presence while strengthening ethical judgment.
Organic Creativity and innovation — Run disciplined divergence/convergence, design sprints, and de-risked experimentation. Build an innovation portfolio; retire what doesn’t work, scale what does.

Module 3

Creative OTC Mentoring

Coach & Receive Feedback — Deliver high-fidelity sessions; integrate strengths-based, evidence-anchored critique focused on language, timing, and impact.
Learn & Practice OTC Level 3 + ICF Competencies and code of ethics — Demonstrate mastery behaviors mapped to markers; navigate complex ethical scenarios with clarity and care.
Mentor Coaching (1:1 & Group) — Execute individualized development plans; drill micro-skills (contracting, inquiry, silence, challenge); track deltas over cycles.
Competency-based mentoring on your coaching Mastery. — Use rubric-based evaluation and calibrated observation to identify patterns and design deliberate gap-closing experiments.
Recording Reviews & feedback on session recordings. — Apply discourse analysis (turn-taking, question ratios, reflective summaries); refine structure, flow, and outcomes.

Graduation & Certification

Complete all modules with required participation and standards.
Complete all homeworks and readings (application briefs, reflections, case notes).
Document required coaching hours with verified logs and client diversity notation.
Passing performance evaluation via observed session against a mastery rubric.
Passing a written exam demonstrating applied judgment across ethics, design, and OTC methodology.
