Together, these objectives ensure you leave Level 2 with range, rigour, and evidence: a repeatable OTC-aligned approach, measured behaviour change, and the confidence to coach professionally in real systems. Live, interactive classes turn OTC frameworks into usable protocols. Expect demos, case clinics, micro-lectures, and guided practice that translate directly into client work.
Targeted 1:1 and group mentoring with strengths-based, competency-aligned feedforward. You’ll set a development plan, drill micro-skills (presence, contracting, inquiry, challenge), and track growth over cycles.
Weekly labs in pairs/triads with rotating roles (coach/client/observer). Time-boxed drills, realistic scenarios, and rapid debriefs convert insight into reliable, on-demand skill.
