Who It’s For

Typical Entry Profile

  • Commitment to recorded/observed sessions, reflective journalling, and between-session practice.
  • Alignment with the Code of Ethics, confidentiality, and informed-consent standards.
  • Prior foundational training (e.g., AOTC Level 1 or comparable coaching education). A requirement only for Add-ON path certification option 
  • An active coaching practice with the ability to bring live cases for observed feedback. A requirement for Add-ON path certification only
  • Functional proficiency in the programme language (English or Arabic)

Programme Objectives

These objectives define POTC Level 2 at professional depth within the OTC model moving from Current Possibilities to Future Opportunities, and from roots to fruits. They translate OTC’s core principles; Individuation, Flow, Balance, and Crystallization into demonstrable capabilities you can apply confidently in complex, multi-stakeholder contexts and evidence through real outcomes.

Together, these objectives ensure you leave Level 2 with range, rigour, and evidence: a repeatable OTC-aligned approach, measured behaviour change, and the confidence to coach professionally in real systems. The result is capability that moves the numbers, felt by people, proven in performance, and sustained over time.

How You’ll Learn

A transformational, practice-first journey that blends rigorous skills training with real-world application. You’ll learn by doing, being observed, and iterating grounded in the OTC model and aligned with ICF Core Competencies.

Synchronous Instruction

Live, interactive classes turn OTC frameworks into usable protocols. Expect demos, case clinics, micro-lectures, and guided practice that translate directly into client work.

mentor coaching

Targeted 1:1 and group mentoring with strengths-based, competency-aligned feedforward. You’ll set a development plan, drill micro-skills (presence, contracting, inquiry, challenge), and track growth over cycles.

Partner Practise Lab sessions

Weekly labs in pairs/triads with rotating roles (coach/client/observer). Time-boxed drills, realistic scenarios, and rapid debriefs convert insight into reliable, on-demand skill.

Observed Coaching & Feedback

High-fidelity sessions with rubric-based observation. Receive calibrated feedback on language, timing, structure, and impact plus clear improvement loops you can measure.

Done-For-You Materials

Client-ready toolkits: session-contracting templates, values-to-strategy worksheets, session design canvases, conflict-transformation maps, prototyping sheets, and reflective journals.

Various Multimedia formats

Access live sessions and an on-demand library of short demo videos, annotated transcripts, audio practices, and printable checklists—available in English and/or Arabic.

You finish Level 2 as a confident, ethically grounded practitioner with a refined signature style, a portfolio of evidence (sessions, cases, and tools), and measurable gains across the ICF-aligned competencies—ready for advanced practice

Program Vision

Empower emerging professional coaches - anchored in the OTC model - to catalyse organic transformation from Current Possibilities to Future Opportunities. Coaches lead with presence, partnership, and purpose, translating inner evolution (values, awareness, integrity) into outer impact (behaviours, relationships, systems) that is ethical, humane, and sustainable from roots to fruits across individuals, teams, and organisations.

Program Goal

Provide a comprehensive Level 2 OTC pathway that advances foundational skill into professional-range practice. The programme deepens core competencies and a transformational mindset through practice-dense learning, observation with feedback, and mentoring, explicitly activating OTC’s principles Individuation, Flow, Balance, and Integration/Crystallisation. Graduates are prepared to coach confidently in complex contexts, convert insight into habits and agreements, and evidence change through visible adoption and real-world outcomes.

POTC Level 2 Certification

Program Language

English and/or Arabic  set per cohort or participant preference.

  • Live facilitation, materials, and assessments provided in the chosen language.
  • Bilingual options available (parallel streams or simultaneous interpretation).
  • Certificates and documentation can be issued in English, Arabic, or both.

Program prerequiste

  • Observation & feedback: Willingness to be coached/observed and submit recordings (with informed consent)
  • Time commitment: Capacity to attend live sessions and complete practice between classes
  • Language: Functional proficiency in the selected delivery language (English or Arabic)
  • Technology: Reliable internet, webcam, microphone, and a quiet space
  • Ethics & confidentiality: Agreement to the code of conduct, consent, and data-privacy standards
  • Foundational training: AOTC Level 1 (or equivalent coaching education). A requirement for Add-ON path certification
  • Possible Practice Activity: Ability to bring 2–3 live client cases for observed sessions. A requirement for Add-ON path certification

Recommended (helpful, not required): a current role/context to apply learning, and access to volunteer clients or an internal coaching pool.
