Al Saye

In a world rich in contact yet thin in commitment, Al-Wesal offers a rare invitation: to connect for movement. Designed for organizations, leaders, and individuals, this retreat turns clarity into collaboration, agreements into action, and action into results you can sustain—setting shared direction, a humane pace, and resilient partnerships.

This is not networking; it is alignment in motion. In a safe, artfully held space, we practice attunement, warm boundaries, and conflict repair, then anchor what we learn in real work: a shared language, and simple rituals that keep people coordinated without burnout.

Retreat Four

Al Saye (The Quest)

Living from Wholeness: Purpose in Motion

When we limit our vision of our future self to just one aspect of our identity, our goals often lack true meaning, energy, and clear direction. This can lead to stagnation, feelings of disconnection, and unfulfilled desires.

In this final stage, we delve into our archetype and cultivate a comprehensive, 360-degree vision of our complete self. From this embodied sense of wholeness, a profound and energetic purpose emerges, powerful enough to inspire meaningful action.

Thus, we embark on the Quest from a place of wholeness, a purposeful journey leading to transformation, contribution, and aligned impact in the world.

Al Saye Vision: Now that I am whole, what am I here to do?

To awaken a future that is rooted not in fragmentation, but in wholeness ,where purpose arises naturally from the integrated self, and action becomes a sacred expression of truth.

Al Saye invites participants to envision, embody, and engage with their life path through clarity, courage, and contribution. It is not about striving for success, but responding to an inner calling with integrity, creativity, and aligned impact.

This stage of the journey transforms silent knowing into purposeful movement , where each individual becomes a living answer to the question:
“Now that I am whole, what am I here to do?”

Al Saye Approach: Purposeful Action as a Sacred Response

Al Saye is not about pursuit; rather, it is a sacred and internal call that arises from a state of wholeness.

Marwa Karoura

Co-Founder & Managing Director, KTalk | Executive Coach & HR/Culture Strategist | Org Design, Leadership Pipelines & People Ops | MENA & Europe

As an HR and culture strategist, executive coach, and co-founder of KTalk, Marwa Karoura supports leaders and organizations to grow sustainably where performance is grounded in clarity, care, and sound operating rhythms. Her work spans the full people lifecycle: organization design, role architecture, capability building, leadership pipelines, performance and feedback systems, employee experience and engagement, and change governance.

An ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), Marwa partners one-to-one with founders and senior leaders on presence, communication, decision hygiene, boundaries, conflict navigation, and leading through uncertainty.
