Al Basirah

In a world that demands performance over presence, Al-Basira offers a rare invitation: to pause, turn inward, and lead from truth. Designed for individuals, professionals, and culture shapers, this retreat is a transformative journey toward deeper self-awareness, emotional clarity, and authentic leadership.

This is not a retreat for escape, it is a return to essence. A space to remember who you are, reclaim your values, and lead yourself and others with grounded presence, purpose, and compassion.

Retreat One

Al Basirah (Insight)

Unveiling Your Authentic Self

Al Basirah’s philosophy is rooted in the concept of an “Inner Light” present within every individual. This divine essence illuminates our innate “Fitrah,” or authentic self, which is often obscured by a “Mask” of societal roles. Our primary goal is to facilitate the “Awakening of Inner Vision” (Al Basirah). Through reflective experiences, coaching, self-inquiry, and meditation, we guide individuals to transcend external layers and reconnect with their true, luminous self, fostering authentic self-awareness.

Al Basirah Vision

To illuminate al fitrah (the authentic self), transcending societal masks and igniting the divine “Inner Light” through profound intuitive vision.

Igniting Al Basirah: Unveiling Your Inner Vision

Our journey begins by gently peeling back the “Mask”, the outward persona we present to the world. This allows us to turn inward, connecting with the “Inner Light,” the sacred essence and divine gift that resides within each of us. This inner wisdom serves as our compass for authentic self-awareness.

Through guided reflection, self-inquiry, and meditative practices, we awaken”Al Basirah” deep intuitive seeing. This process helps us recognize our true selves, beyond the roles, expectations, and conditioning that often define us.

Al Basira Retreat: Core Elements

Marwa Karoura

Co-Founder & Managing Director, KTalk | Executive Coach & HR/Culture Strategist | Org Design, Leadership Pipelines & People Ops | MENA & Europe

As an HR and culture strategist, executive coach, and co-founder of KTalk, Marwa Karoura supports leaders and organizations to grow sustainably where performance is grounded in clarity, care, and sound operating rhythms. Her work spans the full people lifecycle: organization design, role architecture, capability building, leadership pipelines, performance and feedback systems, employee experience and engagement, and change governance.

Marwa’s approach is pragmatic and people-first. She starts by clarifying strategy and operating principles, then designs lean, human-centered processes that leaders can actually use. An ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), Marwa partners one-to-one with founders and senior leaders on presence, communication, decision hygiene, boundaries, conflict navigation, and leading through uncertainty.
