Al Wisal

In a world of constant contact and growing isolation, Al-Wesal offers a rare invitation: to connect with depth within, between, and across systems. Designed for organizations, leaders, and individuals, this retreat cultivates relational intelligence, honest dialogue, and co-regulation so collaboration becomes humane and outcomes sustainable.

This is not a retreat for networking; it is a return to belonging. In a safe, artfully held space, we practice attunement, warm boundaries, and conflict repair, building a shared language that holds difference without rupture. Through silence, breath, somatic presence, and courageous conversation, we integrate the Inner Child and the Shadow in relationship, so trust becomes tangible and connection becomes daily practice.

Retreat Three

Al Wisal (Unity)

Integration & Return to the True Self

This is the sacred moment of inner reunion, where we merge with our authentic selves. Through practices of integration and embodied presence, we gain clarity, align with our true nature, and reconnect with our inner light. We re-enter the world not as fragmented individuals, but as unified souls guided by truth.

Al Wisal Approach to Inner Integration

The Al Wisal stage integrates the spiritual principle of Tawheed with Jungian individuation. This approach views self-realization as a sacred return to one’s original essence, rather than the pursuit of something new.

Al Wisal Vision: Embracing Your Authentic Self

Al Wisal guides individuals toward a sacred reunion with their authentic essence, fostering harmony among all parts of the self: the Mask, the Inner Child, the Shadow, and the Light. It signifies the moment of becoming whole, a return to the truth of who we are beneath layers of fragmentation, performance, and inherited expectations.

More than a destination, Al Wisal represents an inner alignment a deep, felt knowing that we are already complete. From this place of profound union, we navigate life not in search of ourselves, but living fully as ourselves.

Al Wisal Retreat: Our Guiding Principles

Al Wisal Unifiers: Embracing Your Whole Self

This stage is designed for seekers who have already embarked on a journey of self-discovery and are now prepared to integrate every facet of their being. It’s not about achieving perfection, but about realizing true inner unity.

Al Wisal is for those who are ready to become Unifiers, seekers who:

These are the Unifiers, possessing the courage to bring their entire self forward and live as one radiant truth.

Al Wisal: Journey Outcomes

Upon completion of the Al Wisal journey, participants will:

Marwa Karoura

Co-Founder & Managing Director, KTalk | Executive Coach & HR/Culture Strategist | Org Design, Leadership Pipelines & People Ops | MENA & Europe

As an HR and culture strategist, executive coach, and co-founder of KTalk, Marwa Karoura supports leaders and organizations to grow sustainably where performance is grounded in clarity, care, and sound operating rhythms. Her work spans the full people lifecycle: organization design, role architecture, capability building, leadership pipelines, performance and feedback systems, employee experience and engagement, and change governance.

Marwa’s approach is pragmatic and people-first. She starts by clarifying strategy and operating principles, then designs lean, human-centered processes that leaders can actually use. In practice, this looks like: role and team redesigns that reduce friction; leadership frameworks connected to real behaviors; performance and feedback rituals that improve accountability; meeting hygiene and decision rules that speed execution; and learning experiences that stick because they’re embedded into work.

An ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), Marwa partners one-to-one with founders and senior leaders on presence, communication, decision hygiene, boundaries, conflict navigation, and leading through uncertainty.
